I checked out a unit and during the tour, I pointed out some graffiti on the wall in the common area, and the leasing agent did NOT budge or express any need to fix what seemed to be stained onto the wall for months. Trash management!

I attempted to tour this building and on my way to the appointment, I got in a car accident. I informed the landlord of what happened right away and she would not let me reschedule. She (and her very rude co-worker) assumed I was lying. I was told, "we need to save appointment slots for serious renters". I offered to show them the traffic camera footage of the accident since I had it pulled to show my insurance what happened, but it felt as though they were so dead-set on making a point that... they're the ones in control and holding the power that they wouldn't even look at the proof of what happened... must have had a few no-show dates in their days. Luckily I found a better place in a way better area, just be aware if you are considering renting, usually a management team like this will treat tenants worse than they treat prospective renters. Not only are all utilities included with these gorgeous studios, but you are walking distance from tons of great local restaurants, pharmacy, movie theater, grocery store, coffee shops, and so much more! You can also enjoy the rooftop area, it has a propane BBQ grill, outside seating, and A BEAUTIFUL VIEW of Seattle! This community is a true gem!
