Good staff but not secure
Cheri/ Brandon has been very helpful and friendly from the time I moved in 5months ago till date, as and when I need assistance.
I recently had a package stolen from the secure package room. Turns out, theres no camera in there, and I also was told that nothing came out even after the video footage right outside the package room was checked for.
This experience did leave a bad taste in the mouth since the package for pick up costed $350 and we have no clue where it disappeared. So will need to... go to the cops now, to see if I could get any help from them.
Even though the package room may seem secure, it clearly isn’t, so I’d request the management to please install cameras in the package room to avoid incidents of this kind in the future.
EDIT: There are no cameras inside the package room, and even the one outside doesn't work which led my package theft case to a dead end. The management provides up to 6months of free parking to new residents, but won't do a thing to help existing residents with issues of theft (pretty sure mine wasn't the first case!)
