Saratoga Springs Apartments

These are really nice apartments, close to bus line and hospital. Manager is friendly and helpful. Some long term residents smoke, but others only smoke outside. I do not smoke and my apartment was cleaned, painted and had the carpets cleaned from the previous smoking tenant before I moved in. I am very happy here!!!

This is a disgusting place to live! Most of the tenants smoke inside their apartment, which goes through the vents into all the apartments of those who do not smoke. Management does not care and does nothing about it. Makes me think they are smokers. If you don't smoke cigarettes, don't live here or you will get sick from second hand smoke, and all your stuff will smell like cigarettes!
