Be very wary before you fill out a application.

They will tell you upfront that the $50 dollar application fee will not be assessed unless you take the apartment. My experience was very different.

I filled out the application for me and my wife, 2 days later I was sent a Lease agreement to start on the very next day. No one contacted me to ask if I even wanted to move in that fast. I was told they had other applicants that would of moved in a very timely manner, but instead they choose me and... charged me without any communication. I would have polity declined such a absurd time scale and let them choose the next applicant, but instead they charged me, I even told the lady up front that we were not interested in moving in that fast but were looking for 2 week time frame.

She assured us that we would not be charged unless we took the apartment, and to fill out the application in case no one else was qualified.

The person showing and giving the false information, and the management behind the scenes do seem to have a disconnect in communication. What one employee says and does, does not indeed affect how they do business.
