RIP OFF
I lived here about one year and was barely at my place. I decided to move because I am Active duty Military and rent was going up. I moved out and once I got my final invoice they had charge me for just about everything you can think of. I was a single man, barely had company, the place looked like I didn’t even live. I had the place cleaned and everything. I was charged $743 for carpet cleaning and apartment clean up. I took a video
Of the apartment once I moved out with all the carpets, wall,... countertops and everything. There was no mention of these fees prior to moving. Run! They do not care about the condition of the apartment at move out. They will charge you regardless of whether they need to replace or clean anything. This place is such a ripoff.

Run!
Floors and walls are paper thin, management is non-responsive, they're all about turn and burn. We couldn't wait to leave!

Absolutely Wonderful
I have had an amazing experience with the maintenance and the office personnel. They have been helpful, friendly, and quick to resolve any issue that has come up. The location is perfect and the grounds are immaculately kept. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Amazing Location & GREAT Staff
I love the ENTIRE staff here, they made me feel comfortable in choosing The Reserve, Jessica the Property Manager really loves what she does and you can see that in her work ethic and attitude. They got a new maintenance guy and I had 1 issue when I moved in and he fixed it immediately, great place so far. Excited to see what's to come.
