They took possession of my unit 2 days earlier than our lease agreement, charged me a cleaning fee even though I walked in to clean and someone was already there doing it, charged me a disposal fee for a box of my own possessions that I still had 2 days to get, allowed a maintenance crew in without my permission, charged me for stained carpets that the manager said BEFORE we moved in that she "really should have replaced the carpets but never got around to it."
I lived there for 6 months... (probably only stayed half of that time there as my work had me away often) and the manager accused me of being dirty.
When I called to express my frustrations after receiving a very small deposit refund check she was obviously not concerned the least bit. When I asked for contact info to her boss or owners, she said the only option was to deliver a letter to her and she would forward the letter. I seriously doubt that letter would ever make it to another set of hands.

There is a sign in office says "no cash accepted" yet Kristy says she Will take your cash and when you point out sign she says "thats only there because if the nieghborhood. " (?) The neighborhood is fine. The management not so much. Be learly of a managment that will Not provide a contact format (IE text , email or their own website) so You have proof of maintenance requeats, complains ect. There Is a reason they do this.

I would not recommend renting here at all. In the past month I have found 2 used condoms in the parking lot, one of which my dog found, a used needle, and our upstairs neighbor had his door kicked in. Since I moved in I have only had 2 working burners despite the management being told about it when we moved in 2 years ago. It seems nice, clean, and quiet at first but reality soon sets in.
