Rude management
Management made up violations to get us kicked out refusing to tell us why, and never fixed anything, instead billed us saying it was our fault. Even if the appliances were nonfunctional before we moved in (yes we told them). They also witnessed our vehicle getting broken into TWICE and didn't notify us or crime check. They said "they looked like they were there with a purpose." Make this apartment your last choice.

Rude Management
They constantly harass their tenants. If they don't like you, they'll make up stories to give you lease violations. They also ignore tenant complaints.

Over Zealous Rude Management
Don't live here unless you want to subject yourself to ill treatment on a constant basis. It was the worst treatment I have ever received at an apartment complex and I have never had an issue anywhere else. I'm just a quiet, normal person who likes to follow the rules and live in peace. That is not possible here. Instead, I received rude threats via text for ridiculous things on a constant basis. The stress from living here was too much for me and definitely not worth the lower rent price... .
Don't think for a minute that you could escape the ridiculous, over the top, harassement here if you follow the letter of the law. They were always suspicious of everyone and judged your guilt by how you reacted to what they said, or by weak assumptions. It seemed like they just assumed the worst about everyone. I never did anything worthy of their harassement, but they made living here hell for me and everyone else I talked to.
A tenant who lived below me told me about a time when they had a sprinkler hitting their window and leaking into their bedroom. One of the managers cursed at them for calling her about that in the middle of the night. So unprofessional and uncalled for.
A strangely horrible problem here is that the managers here are overly obsessed with the dumpsters. They would harass all of the tenants often, & threaten eviction regarding dumping in the dumpster.
If you had the misfortune of keeping a pet in this apartment complex you would also subject yourself to frequent rude texts with threats of fines and eviction regarding dog poop, whether you consistently picked up your dogs poop or not. They would often use the size of the dog poop, or someone's vague description of you and your dog as evidence that it was your dog who pooped there!! Someone who religiously picked up her dog's poop, was threatened with eviction and then the management later realized that the person they thought was her was really someone who wasn't even a tenant. Craziness!
