Caution

In 5 years living here I don’t think I’ve had two property managers or maintenance leads work here longer than 1 year. In 5 years of promised renewal incentives not a single one was fulfilled. Glass and parts of buildings and dog poop covering the premises. Other residents will vandalize your car and the apartment won’t help you and neither will the cops without security footage (which doesn’t exist because owners won’t let management put up more cameras.)The security shows up for about 20… minutes a night and will stay in their car the whole time.

Best of all? They can’t even keep the water and heat in my unit working despite plenty of work orders and complaints. Stove and other utilities falling to pieces. All with my rent soaring up and up. Can not recommend looking elsewhere more.

Proceed With Caution

In the 3 years I have lived here there have been 3 property managers. Snow removal has been an issue with the roads and side walks, landscaping has gone to pot. They keep the grassy areas mowed/trimmed but weeds grow everywhere else. Many parts of the buildings siding were blown off 2 years ago and are still laying around on the ground. Property managers and Rudeen Management were notified about the issues but nothing has been addressed.

Sheila is very sweet! The apartments are very cozy and by far the best apartments I have ever lived in.
