Live in a 1929 Beaux-Arts landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and named for Theodore Roosevelt himself a personal friend of the original landowner.
Designed by Spokane architect Gustav Pehrson, The Roosevelt was the most... luxurious building in the Inland Northwest when it opened. In 2025, working with a Chicago-based historic-restoration firm, we took it apart and put it back together: the grand foyer preserved, the architectural details intact, the garden level reborn, and every one of the 64 residences quietly upgraded to modern standards.

A beautiful and welcoming property
I lived at the Roosevelt for a year before my partner and I decided to buy a house. I lived on the first floor and watched the renovations as they happened. They were able to keep the beauty and history of the 100 year old building, yet gave it a fresh new look, with modern amenities, such as in house laundry, a gym, outdoor patio space, and a beautiful new lobby. Absolutely loved my time at the Roosevelt, and will always cherish the unique memories we gained living there.

Roosevelt Apartments
I’ve recently moved into the Roosevelt Apartments and absolutely love living here! The building is so beautiful and my newly remodeled apartment is amazing with beautiful hardwood floors and French doors. The kitchen has all new appliances. I love the way the vintage features of the building are preserved along with the new remodeling and appliances. The lobby is gorgeous and reminds me of Downton Abbey! The residents are very friendly and I’ve already met several of them. Royce the manager is... so helpful. He even installed my shower rod for me and drove me to the fed ex office to pick up my computer! I highly recommend living here, I’m so glad I found these apartments.

Great Place To Live
I have loved living here. The new owners/management are very responsive and are planning on remodeling the building. Looking forward to seeing what they do with this historic building.
