Don't live here
Roaches were covering the walls when we moved in and are still here. I can't wait for the lease to be up so I can move far away from the Broadmoor. Poor, unsafe lighting in the halls, dirty stairwells, and your mailbox won't lock or stay closed. Don't live here. Save your time and money. Melina the manager is awful and don't care about you. The maintenance team doesn't respond. (hellooo, not having hot water in my bathroom sink for four months...) This place is awful, especially for the price.... Don't do it.
