HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING PLACE TO LIVE. BUGS INSIDE THE WALLS ANS FLOOR AND CEILING. OFFICE NOT DOING MUCH ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD WHILE FREAKS LIVE HERE. REAL ESTATES GUY JUST THREATENED MY NEIGHBOR TO BE EVICTED FOR NOT MOVING OUT HIS WAY (NOW)!!!!!! Wow moldy too

I wish I had looked at the reviews before moving here and I hope I can be the red flag for anyone else looking to move here. The property manager/company that owns Kimberly gardens is extremely unprofessional and shady! I kept receiving notices about past due and unpaid rent due to me having to pay out of pocket for the horrible ant infestation that was here prior to me moving in. Legally they were responsible for ALL fees to get the problem taken care of and it wasn’t until I brought up having... to go to court and pointing out wa state law that they did anything. The rent is not worth it. People allow their animals to poop near the playground and don’t clean it up. My home sits right in front of the play area and I’ve made the landlord aware and all she said was “well I don’t know everyone who has a dog” I asked if a blast email could be sent out informing other tenants to clean up after their pests and I was told She’ll see what she could do. Judy Severns was the leasing agent here when I first arrived she continued to tell me about other tenants unpaid rent and having to evict people. every time I asked to speak to the so called “owner” he was unavailable. This new girl Kelsey is unprofessional in how she deals with tenants absolutely no training in customer service. Read More
