okay

We have been here since October of 2013. We were told rent was going up to $660.00 for a studio with $115.00 a month for water, sewer and garbage. We paid a $600.00 deposit in 2013. We are told they base rent on what other buildings charge. Kind of high for a studio since there is no washer dryer or dishwasher. The laundry room ia okay and its 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry.The bathrooms are really small. People smoke pot and cigarettes in their apartments when this is a smoke free building and... they blare their music. There are a lot of clicks here mainly the smoking click. They smoke outside and are really loud. The manager is awesome and is always there when we need her. We love living here mainly because we have nowhere else to go. We are on Social Security and with rent going up it will be harder for us to live here. We have to stay here so we will make it work. I love having an elevator cause I'm disabled so its a plus.
