New management
The Miller apartments offer quaint spaces, with a lot of character. As of recently, they have fallen to new management. They are now ran by a company who runs multiple other buildings in Tacoma. With this, the customer service offered by the manager is poor, at best. Late fees and other rent add-ons are a monthly occurrence, and the best that they say is that the "system automatically adds them" and they can't be reversed. Maintenance requests are incredibly slow, and it appears that the owners... are enjoying the extra income, as opposed to hiring more help for the daily upkeep. What was once a highly sought after location is now a renter's nightmare.
