This is by far the best complex I’ve lived in in tacoma. I feel safe, management communicates efficiently and the residents are nice :) overall in the 3 years I’ve lived here I have been very pleased

We are thoroughly impressed with both our apartment unit and the community as a whole. Ciera was incredibly helpful throughout the application, tour, and move-in process—her support made everything seamless. On the day of our lease signing, the Community Manager, Jessica, personally came out to welcome us, which added a thoughtful, personalized touch that we truly appreciated.
