Sorry to hear that there are still people who choose to rent here

As an owner, rather than a renter, who has been at VATP for over five years, I know of the failed promises from Pacifica and their sloppy and mismanaged "service calls."
I don't expect to see this review in print because I know some things about how Pacifica operates. They are NOT a company to choose to do business with.
VATP has had good intentions, I think, but Pacifica ownership of a majority HOA vote has ruined our community.
Steer clear for a better survival rate.

Excellent community

My move-in experience with Village at the Pointe has been great. The 2 bedroom my partner and I moved into was clean and ready to go on move-in day. Everyone has been so nice so far and we're very excited to be here! Great home so far.
