Please don’t.

Do not move here. In the 2 years I’ve lived here the front gate has worked maybe 4 months total.
2 of the 3 treadmills in the gym have been “temporarily out of order” for the last 9+ months.
The pool/hot tub that are advertised are open less than 3 months a year.
The inconsistency of amenities is only outshined by the consistency of terrible customer service by the staff. I’ve never seen such open disdain for customers who just want what they’re paying for. I cannot recommend this place any less… .

Took My Money and Ghosted

I applied for this complex. I got approved on the credit and background check...and then they ghosted me. I am assuming that means I got rejected? It's been 3 weeks and I can't get them to respond one way or another. Total waste of time and money.

Not at all worth the money

Apartments were tiny for what you pay for them and they were not well kept at all. Management was rude and lacked communication skills and were never helpful. There’s only one trash compactor and two recycling bins for the entire complex and they were always overflowing with trash plus various trash and furniture left next to the trash compactor making it hard to access. I scrubbed the apartment and they still charged me over $200 for a cleaning fee. I put down a $700 deposit and got $150 back… due to the charges they put on me for pet cleaning, apt cleaning, power washing for outside the front door (from trash that leaked from the neighbor). Overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Killing the goose that lays the golden egg so soon.

This place could be great, but like the other review calling it a "hot mess" states, it has all sorts of strange things that they hit you with that just sours the experience. Passive aggressive and strange blanket emails/Facebook posts from the office staff to all members. Bizarre fixations on things like kids using washable chalk in the play area, but never about cleaning up trash (picture a full picnic bench of fast food) left out in the play space for days at a time. They charge a lot for pet… deposits, and even if you leave it spotless, they'll nail you for $520 minimum cleaning fee even with no damage,stains,smells and precleaned. This place could be so good if they got it together.

Lived here for three years

Lived here for three years, and not once did the management show 1 ounce of compassion for any of the people living here. If you decide to live here you will not want to live on the first or second floor because you can hear every step the people above you make. Management will act like that’s not true but believe me if they so much is click down thier recliner chair you can hear every sound, If they have a dog above you forget it they will be playing with that dog at 10 o’clock at night and it… was sound like your ceilings gonna crash in, think twice before moving in here. Unless you can filter out constant knocking and stomping above you.
