I appreciate, Eric the maintenance person.; he is Excellent! As for the manager, Renee she has been nothing but disrespectful, discriminatory and completely unfriendly and rude to approach. Very rarely is anyone in the lobby or game room.. That is sad. I have made direct contact with Securite.Properties and she still remains. I want nothing ro do with this person!! It is sad that she is "the face" of Secure Properties.

Love it Here!
Great friendly staff, grounds are beautiful, and I can have my large dog with me. Management is so friendly, the manager showed me 3 different apartments without hesitation, and answered all my questions, which were a lot, without the sense that I was bothering her. The leasing gal was so sweet, she gave me all the brochures I needed and a bottle of water. I am waiting for them to have a 1 bedroom available then I will make Kennedy Creek my home! I really suggest you stop and look, you'll love... it!
