Chambers Pointe Apartments

I lived here for two years I was very grateful for the fact that my kids were able to attend University Place school district. The place is surrounded by trees so you can hear the bird in the morning and there are also lots of hummingbirds. I am very appreciative of the manager Misty. I think that she does a good job addressing concerns and being a reasonable manager who you can always talk to. I enjoyed the kite festival at the lower chambers bay park. Me and my kids loved to go down to the… waterfront and chase lizards on the logs. Also there was a summer movie at chambers bay park as well as family friendly festivities. On the Fourth of July we walked across grand view to watch the steilacoom fireworks show in the distance. Not a lot of noise or crowds and a five minute walk home. There’s also a part of chambers creek that’s a five minute drive away where you can swim on a hot day not to mention sunny side beach just down the road from that. During my stay My neighbors were friendly. I know a new owner is in the process of remodeling things I think it was good that they kept the same manager, misty. I think they could improve the laundry situation though, there are no washers and dryers in the unit and the washers they provide cannot wash a large load believe me it would be a waste of money to overload them as your clothes will not smell fresh. I find it very expensive to pay over five dollars for a small load (wash and dry) so I just go to the local laundromat every week unless I needed an outfit urgently. I've lived here for a little over two years and not only is the location perfect; the staff, especially maintenance is great! My work orders have been completed in a very timely manner. Julio is always friendly, considerate, and extremely respectful. No matter how he may be feeling he always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant.

I have been a resident at Chambers Pointe for two years now, and am sad to leave it. My unit was immaculate upon move in. Spacious living spaces and plenty of storage, very clean and quiet property as well. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the courtyard my apartment is situated on is great in the summer time. Any emergency (or non) maintenance issue has been taken care of immediately, even within minutes of the call about my refrigerator at 10PM on a week night. The property manager,… Misty, has been an absolute dream to work with. She is informative and knowledgeable about all things renting. She keeps her residents informed and happy. We chose this property because it seems to be a very friendly community and everyone seems to know everyone and look out for each other. It's very pretty. Well kept up, I like that it's a smaller property too so they can be more attentive. What really sealed the deal for us though, was the property Manager, Misty! She was so great to talk with, really friendly and really seems to care about her work, the residents and the property. We had a great experience.
