All pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and under tenant's care at all times (i.e., not roaming around outside of fenced area). A brief meet-and-greet may be requested prior to approval. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $35 per month pet rent per pet. No smoking or vaping on premises. Renter's Insurance required (with proof of pet liability coverage if there are pets). Tenant must conduct yard maintenance.
Tenant screening is conducted through RentPrep/Stessa. There is a $59 per applicant screening fee, payable directly through RentPrep/Stessa, which includes a background check, credit report, and income verification.
