Studio Apartment sizing
The staff here are amazing and super helpful and friendly. The roof top grills and having Fed-ex on site has come in handy more than once. Being said the real downside is the apartments themselves. While the finishes are top notch, the appliances are cheap and without features (ice maker, etc.). The apartments are small. The largest 1 bedroom is 600 square feet and 25% of that space is used by a hallway. If you don’t want to put your dishes away from your couch look elsewhere. Finally the noise... and traffic from the outside is bad. Even on the 6th floor you can hear everything from street level. With that the building is not realistically walkable being in an awkward space between downtown and uptown.

I'm very sorry the floor plan and location did not work out for you. The downtown area definitely can be a busy place and with that does come some noise. We offer some 1 bedroom... apartments slightly larger than 600 sq. ft. but understand this may not be a workable size for you. We appreciate all feedback and are always working to make this a great place to live. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
