Great first apartment

My partner and I were looking for our first apartment with a pretty tight budget. We must have looked at close to 10 places, and most of them were either really outdated or in neighborhoods that didn’t feel the best. Aspen ridge was the one that stood out. It checked almost all of our boxes and was easily the nicest place we found for the price

Quiet Beautiful Community

Highly recommend living here. It’s been a huge change since last year. New management actually cares about tenants and property. Prior management stop even pretending like they cared, it was a huge bummer because the location is so nice and the rent cost is decent.
But very thankful for the new management. Things are taken care of promptly when requested. And overall they just seem to care more. We will most likely stay on another year after our current lease.
