We LOVE living here!
This place is wonderful, the office staff is so friendly and maintenance does a great job! All of our neighbors are super friendly! This is the best place we’ve ever lived and would recommend it to anyone!

Not worth it
Loud upstairs neighbors and nothing will get done about it without a third person verification. No sense of security. Had someone come into my apartment in less than 15 mins of me having a smoke. No amenities. When I first moved in there was already an ant issue and multiple maintenance request within the first week. Only pro is that you get a carport which you will need cause parking is tight.

Love living here at Avalon!
I am in my third year here and I can honestly say the office staff and maintenance people are the best! Apartment is spacious, appliances are top notch, and great neighbors. And whole property is non-smoking!
