Don't Even..

What a joke! My husband toured an apartment and was told several times they would have one for our move in date. So we applied,spent $90 on application fee. We then were told after that there was no 1 bedroom available for our date. We are moving from across the country so are on a limited amount of money to spend. Why would we apply and spend money if there was nothing available? We both got calls after saying we were approved, but that they don't know the availability. I was told "there is… still the rest of May," to hear back, though we expressed we do not have any flexibility and cannot simply *wait* for an apt to show up. The management for this apartment is awful. I am so sorry for folks who have actually rented here. I would never give them another dime. What a waste of my time and money. Look elsewhere! Don't support a business looking to screw you over on the application process.

Great Environment, Friendly Staff

We have lived here for quite a while now(2-3yrs) and have loved to call it home. Great environment for all families. I know all my neighbors and feel comfortable with my kids playing outside. Today we celebrated another successful Easter Event, it gives us an opportunity to meet other residents in the community. If you're looking for a place in the Vancouver area this is the place to be!

Great Space

This is the Best Apartment complex I've ever lived. It has tons of space for a great price, Great location, easy freeway access. Awesome landscaping, but most of all the friendliest most helpful Staff and Maintenance I've ever had. Come see for yourself.

The Easter party was great, my kids had a blast! We have lived her for 5 year and couldn't imagine renting from anywhere else.
