Oblivious

Company is MLM like, they will take months to send your Deposit back, they staff is constantly changing, making them so unorganized and oblivious. There's cameras but it doesn't matter if somebody steals your stuff , they don't care, they only use them when they want to

Rule Broken ALL THE TIME

Just like the other review says... If you don't like the smell of weed or cigarettes then don't come here. I currently live here and weed gives me horrible PTSD, I can't handle it. Plus, neighbors are rude most of the time... AND ITS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET! You can find better places compared to here... there are WAY too many fees...

This Place Does Not Adhere To Rules On Contract

If you dont like cigarette smoke or pot smoke you do not want to live here. The contract says you cannot smoke near the complex or in or under the carport. The pot smell here and the cigarette smell and all the butts is out of control. The office managers do not make people stop doing it inthe houses on balconies in and under the carport and outside this making it impossible to step outside without smelling it everywhere. The other problem is the ongoing poop problem with the dogs. There are… poop bags everywhere but they let them go everywhere and there is nowhere you can walk without having to watch for poop piles everywhere you go. It is really sad when you walk outside of your own back yard and constantly see poop piles not to mention all corners of the complex. Police activity is also very high. My best advice would be for the office personnel to start adhering to the rules of the contract
