Rude management, dirty, and extremely loud. I was really excited to move in too. Great location but too many cons. Moved out the minute my lease was up.

From first contact, the staff at Prestige were warm, engaged, and informative - and this at a challenging time to conduct apartment tours and leases. The quality of the apartment is very good for the rate and the location is excellent!

I have been living here for two years now and I love it here. Heather is always responsive to my emails in less than a day.
Ive never had any issues with maintenance or the management in this building. The location is central to downtown Vancouver and you can walk everywhere downtown. And its right at the bridge to Portland so it only takes a 5 min drive and your in the middle of everything Portland has to offer. The building has air conditioning and a gym (although its not open yet due to... covid). I will be signing my third lease in couple of months!!

Management does not respond to requests to fix apartments, just tells lies that they will fix it. I have asked for repairs dozens of times without getting simple things fixed.
