Simply amazing

My fiancée and I moved in May 2014 after having a big issue at a different apartment complex. The leasing agents were wonderful (at the time it was Kieu and Fanta.) Since then, everyone has been wonderful down to the maintenance manager. We loved them so much that when I came to renewal time, we decided to take advantage of a 2 year lease to lock in our rent. Also, in the past month we decided to adopt a puppy and the process to amend our lease was extremely easy. I highly recommend renting from... The Grove as well as all other IDM properties as they have been nothing but professional, efficient, and attentive since we moved in.

The grove on 72nd

I have lived there for over a year. The staff is friendly and courteous. They respond to any concerns immediately. The apartments are well laid out and spacious. The community is small, and so you get that small town feel. It is quiet and kid friendly. I have recommended this to several of my friends and they are enjoying life here now!
