Good Neighboors
Everyone is super quiet and respectful in the complex, and I love the size of the apartments because it makes everything feel more roomy, and the rent is pretty reasonable compared to other places in Walla Walla, and it a super short drive to the CC which is very convenient.

Don't Do It!!!!
Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you have a ton of patience and pocket money. Very poorly ran business with little to no respect for its tenants. Read your lease carefully and expect them to try to not follow it. Good luck ??

Kingsgate East Apts.
Very quiet, great neighbors. Management very active and accessible, clean community. If you`re looking for a no frills apartment then this is the place to be...it keeps the rent down! By no frills I mean updated with the newest cabinets and appliances etc. COLD A/C for on those HOT days!
