A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make remote work convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, and a dining table with seating for the group.
Parking is available with two spaces in the driveway, one space in the right garage bay, and one overflow space on sand next to the driveway. An EV charger is available in the garage. Please note that no street parking is allowed except in designated visitor spots.
Located just steps from the beach, this home offers easy access to Westport Light State Park, Twin Harbors State Park, Bottle Beach State Park, and Grays Harbor Lighthouse. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and no pets or smoking are permitted anywhere on the property. Guests must be 25 or older to book, and the reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Self check-in is available with a secure code, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before arrival. A noise-monitoring device is installed, and a daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included, with any excess billed at local rates.
