I've lived here 9 years and its held up over the years, ive sen the updated apartments which are pretty nice but we could use more space, i also don't think your gonna get what your paying for, but there are people who have lived from 5 to 20 years so its good enough for some people to live here for awhile, it has a reasonable number of kids and low crime, near a gas station/ barber shop/ daycare/ park/ and main roads but not close enough to hear anything quieter then a siren.
