DO NOT RENT

Apartments are insanely expensive to heat/cool as there are individual units per room (electric bills were $250 a month!)

However the bigger story here is the Property Management team. They do not reply to concerns re: property maintenance, left patio doors and windows UNLOCKED (an intruder tried to enter our apartment!) when showing, and failed to respond to multiple attempts to contact upon move out and security deposit return. We didn't listen upon signing a lease as they were pretty on… the outside, but I promise you, it's not worth it.

Our leasing staff does not open windows and doors when showing apartments. We're… sorry you felt it necessary to leave a negative review even after we re-rented your apartment after you broke your lease. Much luck in your new place.
