Parkview

I love the loft style floor plan of my apartment. It is very spacious. It’s in a nice & quiet area and close to a lot of restaurants, stores and 41. Sue was great to work with & continues to be. The maintenance department is really, really fast! My apartment feels like a private residence not part of a complex. I love it!

Throughout the years, I've lived in several apartments. Parkview has been by far the best experience. Sue, the property manager, is kind and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was fixed the same day or next business day. The apartment is updated. Lawn and snow are always well tended. It's a great location due to being quiet, but still so close to the highway. I would highly, highly recommend!

I lived here for two years in a one bedroom apartment. I have absolutely no complaints about living here. Good upkeep, quiet environment, and never had to call on maintenance once in the full two years.

My husband and I have lived at the Tri Park Villas for 4 years and are only leaving because we bought a house. The maintenance team, especially Shaun, were fantastic. Always quick when a request is put in. The management, Sue, was helpful and responsive. We felt cared for from the time we signed the lease until we left. We loved living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and conveniently located place to live.
