Don't Bother! These people will waste your time!!!!!
I called trying to schedule, to take a look at a 2 bedroom apt which was available. Was told by the lady there, it was getting new flooring installed and once finished she will give me a call back; a whole month went by, finally I called back. Only to be told it was rented by the maintenance guy who was fixing it. Don't even bother and take your Business somewhere else they will waste your time!!!!! Would rate it no stars if it let me.

Please know that the apartment you are referring to is not the apartment managed by Premier Real Estate Management.
You must be referencing one of the other several apartment communities on Schaefer Circle.
We have not had a vacancy in over 2 years.… Further, neither our site manager nor our maintenance tech rents from us. (And our site manager is a male.)
