Cool Place to Live
Pros:
1. I love the layout of the building, and how my apartment is super unique.
2. The location is awesome, I am literally in walking distance of a lot of restaurants, parks, downtown life, but also close enough to the highway that traffic is never a problem.
3. Management is easy going and friendly, I feel I can come to them with anything and they are very receptive.
4. Community events here are unique and add something to the building, first time i've had a place that tries to put on... events for us.
Cons:
1. Sound wise I can hear my neighbors, more in some areas then others, but I think that's because the building is historical.
