2 bedroom unit with 1k sq ft. Nice vaulted ceilings. 2nd floor gets added sq ft which we've turned into an office. Pets welcome. Really nice neighborhood, but it can be loud since the hospital is just across the street (sirens and medivac flying overhead). Move in process was hassle free, with generous move-in specials. Option to pay rent online makes it convenient and hassle free, but there is a small processing fee. Appliances are decent, a little dated, but they are reliable with no… issues to date. There's no central A/C which is a bummer during summer. This will be our first winter here, so we're interested to try out the heated floor, which is the sole source of heating. Not sure that'll be enough, but we'll find out soon enough. Unit comes with a detached garage, but the garage is a bit of a walk from our front door. Lots of pros, some cons, overall so-far-so-good. Nice 2 bdrm apartments with a garage, very open and spacious. Quite and friendly atmosphere, well kept grounds. All appliances included in the unit (washer, dryer, water heater, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). Wide stairs for upstairs units so it is very easy to move furniture in.
