property management sucks
While the actual building was okay it was not worth dealing with management. Chloe does not answer emails, I would send follow ups days after and she would act like it was an inconvenience. I gave 58 days notice we were not resigning our lease and we got stuck paying a months rent outside of our lease and she made no effort to get the unit filled. Using my mistake as a way to keep failing at her job. She allows trash to sit in the parking garage as well as reactive dogs in the building. It’s… only a matter of time before someone gets bit.
