Air conditioning leaked twice had water leakage. Leakage was resolved but ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Maintenance did good job with repairs

Northpointe My experience at Northpointe has been nothing less than excellent. from the grounds, keeping to the maintenance to the service it has been fantastic. The amenities are kept working and they’re fantastic. I highly recommend Northpointe!

AC not cooling Although I am so over having to deal with the AC not working every single season, I went to the office to talk with Jody and she saw to it that James & Devon got up here the same day. Once again the line needed to be blead but this time it didn’t fix the problem. They came back the next day and James brought me a portable window unit to give me some relief for sleep. Late afternoon James called with good news that a HAVAC guy would be out the next day. The repair guy blead the… line and repaired something and he got it up and running. I appreciate how busy everyone was with the scorching temperatures and having that temp unit was a life saver!A heartfelt thanks to everyone who went the extra mile keeping my comfort in mind. I appreciate all of you. Now let’s hope it’s fixed once and for all and we are not dealing with this again next year.
