Adam's Court Apartments

New on site manager Jen is absolutely wonderful! She met with me right away and answered all my questions. She is so polite and professional! I recommend these apartments they are beautiful!

I agree with the other post that has 1 star. I had a poor experience with Stan as well. I was very interested in renting the property. I had a hard time reaching Stan. He called me back and advised he phone was messed up so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We scheduled a time to meet to fill out an application and he stood me up and never showed. I went out of my way to meet with him and I never recieved a reponse. Last but not least he called me the next day multiple times after I sent a... text expressing my frustrations. He then texted me to tell me he was calling me but yet has not recieved a response. Instead of aplogizing for standing me up he started blaming me. Based on my first impression with the management style I decided to not live at Adams Court and save myself the stres and hassle of dealing with someone who is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Stan the manager gave us the worst experience! Don’t waste your time looking into this place. We were shown TWO available units we were told would be ours. And somehow our applications got “mixed up.” Stan then lied to the company manager Michelle and said HE NEVER EVEN TALKED TO US. Michelle did NOTHING about this. This place is unorganized and run by poor management. A waste of time and money. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

New on site manager is friendly! People here are nice and helpful! Close to schools so when my son is old enough to go he won't half to go far! Disability friendly and animal friendly!
