Quiet, Calm Apartments
I lived here for a year before moving into a house and I absolutely loved it. We lived on an upper with our patio facing the pond. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet. We never heard our neighbors once throughout the whole year we lived there and there were a few neighbors with pets that lived around us. There are quite a few kids that play by the pond or in the parking lot so if that's not your style I would avoid these apartments. Lexington was always responsive when I reached... out but maintenance did take a while. Our dryer door constantly popped open when we first move in which would lead it to stop running so we had to put a chair up against it for a few weeks before it was fixed. Besides that, the apartments were well-kept and Lexington was great to us. If you pay your rent on time and follow the lease rules, things go smoothly :)
