We set up an appointment with Debbie to see an apartment. 2 hours prior, we received a text saying to call her. We got voicemail, so we went on to the appointment. Of course, she wasn't there, so we put in another call. Again, voicemail. So we left. I texted, "Sorry we missed you"; no response.

The apartments are located in a convenient location. They have a separate garage with direct access to apartment, which is a good thing for winter. The property manager is very responsive and mostly resolves the issues by next day. Sometimes it may be difficult to get the things fixed during weekends. The houses are very spacious inside.
One bad thing I noticed was that there were lot of spider webs right outside your house, which is a bit annoying.
I haven't spent a winter in this apartments,… so not sure how they clean snow. I will update my review with more details. Read More

These apartments are very nice for mid range apartments. Two bedroom have approximately 1200 square feet and they have free heat which in Wisconsin is a plus. All also come with either a 1 or 2 car garage. Also a nice feature. The drawbacks are no common areas unless you count about 1/2 acre lot with one picnic table. These properties also contain very Spartan landscaping, and are in the middle of a residential area. The landscape and surroundings are reminiscent of a military base.
