Terrible

They never vacuum hallways, parking lot is riddled with potholes and they've been increasing rent every 3mo or so

They don’t plow snow!

You will get stuck & stranded in the parking lot in the winter. For some reason they don’t believe in plowing & then it starts melting & turns to ice! It’s been this way for many MANY years!

Excellent place to live with a great staff!

We resided in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 2 stall garage. It was excellent. We had a great view of grass, trees and wildlife out of the patio. The unit was in good shape. The overall complex was kept well. Best of all, we had a great person by the name of Debbie who ran the on-site office. Debbie was professional, kind and helpful. She made our stay excellent. Thanks Debbie.

Excellent place to live with a great staff!

We resided in a 2-bedroom first floor with a 2-stall garage. The apartment and garage were very nice. The complex was kept well. We had a wonderful view out the patio of trees, grass and a multitude of wildlife. Even better was Debbie, who worked as the primary person in the office. Debbie was wonderful. Very professional, helpful and kind. She did everything she could to make our stay as good as could be. Thank you Debbie.
