Southwest Park Apartments

These apartment buildings are beautiful both inside and out. They are fairly new, so be prepared to get a lot of compliments on how nice they are.

However, management is another thing. The property manager is a ball of negative energy and that is the only bad thing about living there. At first, he is very welcoming and you feel comfortable with him, and as months go by he will approach you when he has a problem with you. He could get mad that you parked outside when it snows, or text you if a... package has been outside your door for two days. On my last day, he came in with his wife to walk thru the apartment. He was unfriendly since the moment he came in and only talked when he told me to write a check for the carpet cleaning service. The management office is a hit or miss, since when I call the office worker gets confused with my questions and puts me on hold and tells me that she will call me when she has an answer. But does not return my call. So in a nutshell, great apartments but it will mean putting up with a manager that has zero customer service skills. Most of the tenants stay 1-2 years and then leave.
