New construction was exciting but they were lazy, powder all over the apartment, got sick because they didn't care to clean powder out of the ice maker. Either of them ... They don't tell you you can't smoke on your own outdoor balcony until you sign the papers. So if you're disabled like me, and have to use CBD this apartment does discriminate and they posten a note on our door that they would call the cops if you even medicate on your own super expensive property. Landlord was not... knowledgeable about the unit. The only nice thing is new construction everything else is extremely below like my not very high expectations. I would just like to feel at home and they say to make it feel like home but it's just a lie. Don't recommend
