Absolutely amazing value

Elm Grove Heights is a great place to live. We came from another relatively new property in nearby Wauwatosa. While we very much liked that complex, Elm Grove Heights represents a remarkable value for our money.

• Large windows and 9-foot ceilings
• Large closets
• Open design
• Large bathrooms with very large cabinet space

KITCHEN
• Numerous high-end features, good quality appliances
• Extra deep drawers
• Built in trash and recycling… containers

RESIDENTS
• Very friendly and active
• Lots of pet owners

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
• Extremely responsive and professional

EXTRAS
• Heated garage, with inside trash and recycling disposal
• Club room
• Indoor mailroom for personal mail and packages

LOCATION
• Nearby is the village of Elm Grove, with restaurants and unique shops
• Access to Target, Trader Joe’s, multitude of restaurants and stores in Brookfield
