Awesome property

Great amenities in a quiet neighborhood. This is our second apartment with LCM Properties, great service. Jori always takes great care of us!

Great Management

I lived there with my wife and dogs for 2 years. Never had problems with getting maintenance. Property manager was always available to help solve any issues or concerns, and was always friendly to us (especially the dogs). Amenities were great and the community was welcoming.

Great place and location

I'm into my second year here and really happy with the place. The apartment is new and well thought out, the amenities are great and I use them daily, common areas are cleaned regularly, and the one time I needed help with a chirping smoke detector maintenance was here within an hour. I'm sensitive to noise but neighbor sounds are muted and the wetland area out back means there are soothing nature sounds when the windows are open or I'm out on the balcony.

Great experience 1st time living in Waukesha

My first time living in a brand new property proved to be a great experience! Management was great and quick to fix any maintenance needs in my apartment. It was truly nice to not have to change a light bulb on my own. Just place a request and the property manager sends her staff quickly and follows up to make sure you are satisfied. Great building with lots of amenities and they even added a pickleball court as a great surprise for all. If I ever return to Wisconsin, I would definitely… rent from this company again. Thanks LCM!

We loved living here!

Excellent amenities such as an indoor pool, pickle ball court, gym, sauna, game rooms etc. Staff is amazing and super friendly! A shout out to Jori for everything! Building is clean and has fun modern finishes and apartment is spacious and very nice!
