    Nice apartment, but…

    The apartments are nice and spacious, and my interactions with management have always been pleasant and timely. However, for the price of rent, I don’t think The Juniper is worth it. There is VERY little soundproofing. You can hear nearly every footstep from the apartment above, and the walls are so thin, I can hear the baby next door crying throughout the night. The $25 a month outdoor parking fee feels like a waste, and for the cost of rent, I expected better amenities, especially a pool. I… would look elsewhere first.
