Made of straw

Everything is loud. Outside noise aside everything your neighbors do will be amplified by the poorly fastened floorboards and walls constructed with the cheapest materials legally usable.

Bad Outside Noise

There are MASSIVE garbage trucks that come at 630AM almost every weekday. Tonight between 11PM To 1AM snow removal noise banging into your bedroom because the windows are so thin. Other than that its fine.

Garver Point

Yellow water which constantly stains bathtubs and sinks. It feels like every day I have to double check the water I get out of the tap before I drink it.

Parking is also heinously bad.

Just a heads up to people that are interested in this place!!! Yes it’s a very nice brand new building but the parking arrangements are horrible. The secure underground parking is full and not available along with the outside parking, you have to park your vehicle almost 2 blocks away!!!
