Applicants must possess a credit score of not less than Six Hundred (600). Applicants must have no judgments against them that haven't been fully satisfied.
No evictions within the last Ten (10) years for failure to pay rent or any other breach.
Monthly Gross Income must be at least Three (3) times the monthly rent ($4275 monthly/ $51,300 annual). Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Positive References.
Non-Smoking.
Pets negotiable for additional rent.
