I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The staff is responsive and kind, the neighbors are great, and the grounds are always well taken care of.

I Love It!

I have only lived here for 2 weeks but that is long enough to know this is the perfect place for me. I have been searching for a quiet and well taken care of apartment complex and Fairway checked all boxes. First off, the property manager Joy is so helpful and quick at responding to all my questions and concerns. Joy made my process of getting a 1 bedroom so easy, communicating every step of the way. The grounds are clean, beautiful and quiet. My apartment was immaculate and updated. There... is plenty of room for my things with a large entry closet, linen and bedroom closet. I filled out a maintenance request about my sliding screen door and that was taken care of within the week. I love the
underground parking (very clean) and ample storage space in the garage. In closing I feel very safe and comfortable living here and looking forward to many years.

Excellent

Fairway Meadows has been the best place to live. The community is peaceful, clean, and in a great location—close to everything but still has that tucked-away feel making it a hidden gem. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and everything is really well taken care of.

The property manager, Joy, is incredible—always friendly, super responsive, and genuinely cares about the people living here. You can tell she puts a lot of pride into making this place feel like home for everyone. Couldn’t ask for... a better place to live. If there is an open spot I would apply because I would have to assume that people don’t move out unless they have to.

Peaceful and convenient place to stay

I had been trying to apply for fairway meadows for a year before I finally get to live here. It’s worth the wait! It’s a very peaceful place for small family, couples and individuals. The environment is well kept and very welcoming. I have now lived here for more than a year and still loving it. The loft layout is great as you get to have the feeling of living in a house without the hassle of shoveling snow in winter. No issues, no drama and our neighbors are friendly too! The location provides... easy access to everyday needs- library, target, other grocery stores and some restaurants. So can’t complain!
