Excellent place to live

Lived here for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. Great location, and views. The grounds are always kept up very well and the property manager, Joy is the best!

Excellent

Fairway Meadows has been the best place to live. The community is peaceful, clean, and in a great location—close to everything but still has that tucked-away feel making it a hidden gem. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and everything is really well taken care of.

The property manager, Joy, is incredible—always friendly, super responsive, and genuinely cares about the people living here. You can tell she puts a lot of pride into making this place feel like home for everyone. Couldn’t ask for... a better place to live. If there is an open spot I would apply because I would have to assume that people don’t move out unless they have to.

Peaceful and convenient place to stay

I had been trying to apply for fairway meadows for a year before I finally get to live here. It’s worth the wait! It’s a very peaceful place for small family, couples and individuals. The environment is well kept and very welcoming. I have now lived here for more than a year and still loving it. The loft layout is great as you get to have the feeling of living in a house without the hassle of shoveling snow in winter. No issues, no drama and our neighbors are friendly too! The location provides... easy access to everyday needs- library, target, other grocery stores and some restaurants. So can’t complain!

Long-Term Tenant In It for the Long Haul

I have lived in a single-bedroom lofted Fairway Meadows apartment since 2015, and I still love living here. The location is picturesque with an almost rural feeling while still being close to many conveniences. The property is quiet, safe, and well-maintained - both interior and exterior. The property manager is friendly and easy to get a hold of. All my maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely, satisfactory manner by equally amiable staff. Fellow tenants I've encountered over the years... have also been very nice and friendly. I truly wouldn't consider living anywhere else!

Loving it so far!

Just moved in and Joy, the property manager was extremely helpful with the move-in! Everything was organized and explained thoroughly and the apartment is gorgeous. Really looking forward to living here!
