Don’t Feel Safe Here

Will not be renewing our lease due to Safety Concerns because of Managements lack of concern for our Safety. Parking is awful, visitors cannot find a spot to park.

Gorgeous property

We visited our family at Manchester oaks and it is well kept up, very quiet area and the apartment size is huge and spacious. We are moving here when our lease is up!

The perfect place to call home!

My fiancé and I moved in about 3 years ago and love it here. This is by far my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in. The grounds are beautiful and the community is tucked enough away that it’s quite and we don’t get a ton of through traffic. They are super pet friendly and it’s nice meeting the other pup parents when your walking through the property. There is also direct access to Whitnall Park walking trails, which are beautiful. Love this place!

Manchestor oaks apartment

We moved in two months back and have wonderful time so far. This is very quite and peacefull place. It gives so much pleasure to live in this place with lot of greenary and chirping sounds of birds. It is well maintained community with wonderfull people.
